About SPES
SPES aims to sensitively, safely and ethically, as per our project resources, address the emotional needs of any person in our local communities in Severe Emotional Crisis or Distress.

Especially, but not necessarily, if you are presently experiencing suicidal thoughts and/or are engaged in
self harming behaviours.

In particular, SPES Community Counselling is concerned to help you, should suicidal thoughts and/or life threatening behaviour be made worse by issues of access to caring, professional, face to face support outside of the 9am - 6pm hours of the formal statutory and community services.
